Booking policies.
The following policies are proposed for direct reservations and are pending final approval. They are not yet in effect.
Reservations & payment
Full payment (100% of the reservation total) is required at the time of booking to confirm a direct reservation. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received and written confirmation has been issued.
Cancellations
For direct reservations, cancellation at least 14 days before arrival would qualify for a full refund; cancellations 7–13 days before arrival would incur a charge of 50% of the booking total; cancellations fewer than seven days before arrival would be non-refundable. Applicable mandatory consumer rights take precedence.
High-season exclusive-use reservations
For reservations of the entire property during designated high-season dates, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable, subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights. High season includes December 15 through January 3 (inclusive), Holy Week (Semana Santa, dates vary each year), and July 15 through August 15 (inclusive). This special cancellation condition must be clearly disclosed before booking confirmation.
Changes to dates
One date change may be requested at least seven days before arrival, subject to availability and any difference in rate. Changes within seven days are considered individually and are not guaranteed.
No-shows & early departures
No-shows and unused nights after early departure would not be refunded, subject to applicable law.
Third-party reservations
Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or other platforms follow the specific cancellation and payment terms shown at checkout on those platforms.
Pets
Pets require prior approval and are subject to a one-time fee of MXN $450 per pet for the entire stay, regardless of the number of nights, disclosed before booking confirmation.
