Where is Casa Tattva?
Casa Tattva is located along the Ruta de los Cenotes, near Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Detailed arrival instructions are shared with confirmed guests.
Can I reserve the entire property?
Yes. Please contact us directly to enquire about exclusive use, dates and group arrangements.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is generally included for two guests per room, subject to the rate and booking confirmation. Additional breakfasts can be arranged upon request.
Is there a restaurant?
Casa Tattva has a shared, equipped open kitchen rather than an on-site restaurant.
Is there air conditioning?
Rooms are designed for natural ventilation and have fans; they do not have air conditioning.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets may be accepted with prior approval and a one-time fee of MXN $450 per pet for the entire stay, regardless of the number of nights.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, internet access is available. Connectivity may vary due to the jungle location.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Please refer to your booking confirmation for the applicable times. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability.
