Terms & conditions.
Draft guest terms for review. These conditions will become applicable only after Casa Tattva approves and publishes its final version.
Reservations
A reservation is confirmed only after the applicable payment is received and written confirmation is issued. The booking confirmation identifies the dates, occupancy, rate and applicable policies.
Occupancy & visitors
The number of overnight guests must not exceed the capacity confirmed for the reserved room or property. Outside visitors and events require advance authorization.
Respect for the property
Guests are expected to treat rooms, furnishings, shared spaces and natural surroundings with care. Smoking restrictions, quiet hours and any on-site instructions will be communicated before arrival.
Children & supervision
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult, especially near the pool and outdoor areas. Guests should exercise appropriate care on natural paths and uneven ground.
Pets
Pets are permitted only with prior approval and a one-time fee of MXN $450 per pet for the entire stay, regardless of the number of nights. Guests are responsible for their animals and any damage caused.
Damage & loss
Documented damage beyond normal wear may be charged where permitted by applicable law, with reasonable supporting information. Guests should safeguard their personal belongings.
Events & exclusive use
Celebrations, retreats, professional photography and commercial activities require a separate written agreement where applicable.
Service interruptions
The property will make reasonable efforts to address service interruptions promptly. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Applicable law
Mandatory provisions of Mexican consumer protection and other applicable law prevail over any inconsistent clause.
