Casa Tattva is the commercial name used for guest enquiries and accommodation services at Ruta de los Cenotes, Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, México. For the complete legal identity and registered address of the responsible entity, please contact reservas@casatattva.com.mx.
Information collected
Depending on your interaction with us, we may process your name, contact details, reservation information, guest preferences, billing details and messages. Payment information may be processed by external payment providers rather than directly by Casa Tattva.
Purposes
We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, manage reservations, provide hospitality services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and send marketing communications only where a valid legal basis and required consent exist.
Service providers
To manage reservations and provide our services, information may be processed by booking platforms, payment processors, website hosting services and authorized operational partners. Some of these services may process data outside Mexico. You may request more information by contacting us.

To request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO), or to withdraw consent where applicable, email reservas@casatattva.com.mx with the subject ‘Privacy / ARCO request’. Please describe your request and provide the information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. We will respond according to applicable Mexican law.
Retention & security
We retain personal information for the time reasonably necessary to provide our services, meet applicable legal and accounting requirements and resolve disputes. We take reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
